24 August - 2 September  2008        Renate Gruber on Bord of M.S. EUROPA

Dr. Bernd Fechner, Photomarketing.de, and  Dr. Dr. Volker Gephardt  initiated in 2006  Europa.art on board of  Liner M.S. Europa. In 2008  they will again welcome Renate Gruber among the group of Artists and Experts, this time on the cruise Kiel (DE)  - St. Petersburg (RU) - Kiel (DE).
 

 7 June  2008       100th Birthday of  L. Fritz Gruber

Friends and Family Members will gather in the Centenary Exhibition: "Man Ray and L. F. Gruber - Jahre der Freundschaft". The exhibition will open on 15th of May 2008 in SK Stiftung, August Sander Archive.

Catalogue will be published by "Steidl Verlag Goettingen"

Hopefully, the City of Cologne will manage to unveil the road sign, calling the square between Bruecken- and Herzogstrasse in front of the new Museum Kolumba near the Cologne Opera, as decided in December 2007 after L. F. Gruber  in time !

31 January  2008       Exhibition in NS-Dokumentationszentrum Cologne

The exhibition " »Willkommen, Bienvenue, Welcome…«.  Politische Revue – Kabarett – Varieté in Köln 1928-1938"  has  been opened on 31 January 2008 (closing 31 August 2008). This exhibition was initiated by LFG see catalogue published by Emons Verlag. You can see many of his pals from school and university there.
